For those it can be a fun game and for those it can be...eh a little boring and i don't want to say repetitive but something on the lines i guess

I love their character creation process and the new conversations they added to the game and i enjoyed the story of it. I basicly ignored the hole cryogenic frozen theme and just whent with the hole old man looking for his lost son like something similar to the John Wayne movie "The Searchers". Gameplay is fun, they improved the first person shooting aspect of this game and graphics are great, base buidling is fun too. The problem i had with the game witch shouldn't stop you from buying the game was that i got to focus on building my base instead of playing the game and I don't know what it is with Fallout and their factions is i never really could get into them nor really ever liked them. Another thing is that i couldn't get into the story and I thought that obtaining power armor really early in the game just made it to easy. I don't know what it is with this game and other fallout games but i can't eally ever see myself fully playing the games. Their fun but yet boring for me.

I've loged in over 300 hours of playing this game. Played since the moment it was announced. I think this game deserves 2 reviews on the account that its Single Player mode is little bit different than its Multiplayer mode.

In Single Player mode this is the ideal game for those who enjoy survival games and simulator games. In this mode you basicly have the goal of surviving the wilderness, building your ideal house or structures (like a Pyramid, or even a home made temple of doom), taiming and breeding dinosaurs, and killing the end game bosses. Its alot more relaxing and a enjoyable pace than Multiplayer mode. Lan server for co-op play is a blast as well for you and your family and friends to play together for the ultimate PVE challenge. It can still be challenging if you make the wrong move and mistakes. But i give thier Single Player Mode one big Thumbs Up!

Their Multiplayer mode is another story. Same thing that Single Player mode is but your playing with about 20 -30 people. Having fun on multiplayer mode depends on the server you play on because their are some servers that our lost causes and some were you will have a blast. Lets talk about the good stuff about this mode, In this version of the game you can play with friends and family online and with friendly strangers who will help you out. Some times there will be servers with Alpha tribes who govern it and provide help and allow players to form a stable base and tribe for themselves. PvP in these servers are usually kept at a miminum only when something bad happens like you pissed off somebody and they put a hit on you instead of doing the tribal warfare thing they hire one of the alpha tribes to take you down. Now for the Bad part of the game

In Multiplayer the bad part about it is that you can come across a server filled with hackers, agressive people, and a tribe that dominates the map and not allowing any new comer to build a base or tame animals by constinly being raided and wiping out everything you own and players will build pillars and foundations on the enitre map now allowing any one to build bases and not able to farm precious material. Its these servers that you need to stay away from. If you want to play in these for the pvp aspect of it than join the most powerful tribe in that server to get your fun out of it. In my honest opinion i wish the admin's would do a server wipe or restart or something on these servers to ge rid of all the foundations on mountians and the pillars that surround the island's coast and metal gates that block the caves.

My honest opinoin overall for this game is that i love the gameplay, love the aspect and idea of it, but playing online if you are one of the newcomers and seeing all these bases everywhere on the map and caves and mountians blocked off and someone all ways attacking level 1's on the offical servers is just lame i know they are pvpve server and all and there is pve servers but i hate the clutter of the all buildings and closed off areas. it seems like your screwed if on those type of servers unless you played the game from the very start. My recomendation is if you want to play with people u might want to make your own server or join the un-offical servers where there is only like 6 people ever on that way you can still interact and make your own base and do some skirmishes with them or something. but for those who just bought the game and one to play multiplayer good luck.
