Feel like a Jedi with firearms dealing with SCP-like events and enemies. Had a blast going through the main game and DLCs.

Wasn't expecting much from Square Enix published game after Avengers, but this game was surprisingly amazing and I already beat it twice. Dialogue and story is outstanding and the combat is great once you learn how to combo your team's different abilities together. Depending on the abilities used, you can stagger enemies faster and take out even the toughest of the enemies in one hit using Gamora after stacking damage multipliers Lot of different costumes to find too without any microtransactions. And depending on the choices of dialogue you make, it will determine how differently some missions will be.

This is not my favorite RE game but I still have fun playing it from time to time. This game has 4 different co-op campaigns following different characters. Definitely making this RE the longest RE game. Some may see this as a good or bad thing depending how much time they want to put into the game. Gameplay wise RE6 may have the best gunplay and movement out of all the Resident Evils, as you play characters who are now veterans at taking out monsters compared to their first appearances. There are many ways to take on your enemies alongside new features such as quick attacks and counters, The story is kind of weak though once you realize why the events in the game are happening. It is because Simmons, the antagonist, was rejected by Ada Wong in the past and he decided to make his own Ada. Fake Ada learns something is wrong with her and tries to destroy all Simmons has built as revenge . But it's fun to see Chris and Leon get into crazy situations again and have a good time blast fighting monsters with a friend and the combat I believe is the best in the series.

This and RE1 remake are probably my most played RE games. The game takes the controls of RE4 and expands on to it. So if you liked the gameplay in RE4, you will most likely like RE5 gameplay There are a wide variety of weapons to use that can all be upgraded for Chris and Sheva to use. The story ends the feud between Chris and Wesker while also bringing new enemies and co-op. Single player mode is fun but to get the best experience play with a friend or with someone online. I have a lot of good memories from playing co-op on this game with online voice chat.

Brings more of the horror feel back to main Resident Evil game line. I liked that we took on a new protagonist who has no experience fighting monsters and it feels like it too. He can't punch out a monster like Chris Redfield, move as fast, or aim as well. Ethan is just "normal" dude trying to save his wife and survive. The antagonists are very well done and you do feel a sense of accomplishment after taking them out.
Also pick up the DLC Not a Hero and End of Zoe. They close out RE7's story.

This is the first Resident Evil in a long time I felt worried about running out of ammo (which I did a few times). This game takes place in between 5 and 6 with Claire and Barry, with their new companions Moira and Natalia. Being in control of two different characters at the same time is fun and if Capcom decides to remake RE0, they take notes from this system. One thing I would recommend for future installments is somehow have the partner character sprint alongside the player if we want to run away quickly. In the Claiire ep3. boss fight Claire decided to face tank a couple attacks instead of backing off from the boss. Learning how to use the support characters, Moira and Natalia, is essential as they can help the main characters conserve their ammo. I felt Claire's campaign was harder than Barry's. but that could be because Barry comes ready to kill monsters story-wise and his weapons just feel like they do more damage. But the game still kept me tense and on my toes throughout both campaigns.
Fun game and would play again. And their is a Raid mode which is kind of like Mercenaries for fans of that mode.

Fun reimagining of RE3. Story is more streamlined and characters are very likable, especially Jill and Carlos. Controls are the same as RE2 but have the newly added dodge feature. Once you master this dodge taking out dangerous monsters becomes much simpler. You can even unlock an item to allow easier dodges which might be needed for harder difficulties. I have beaten the game a few times so I believe I got my money's worth.
