quite frankly one of the most incredible games to come out in recent years. the style, mechanics, story, all the polish and just how genuinely FUN it is, has been better than most triple A games that have come out in the last few years. and it accomplishes all that while only being half the price of those games!! this is what games SHOULD be. i am completely honest when i say, playing this game was the first time i felt like i was having such genuine, delighted fun in YEARS.

the music is just so good, every song is a banger. the fact every single environment piece in the background also moves to the music, while you jump, dodge, and fight to the beat, is so incredibly satisfying. and the fact it continues to introduce more mechanics and ways for you to overcome obstacles to the beat throughout the whole game, keeps things challenging and interesting the whole way though. truly a masterpiece of a game.
