I can recommend the PvP Duel Mode and Player vs AI

The Rest of the Game is riddled by the various problems prople have already mentioned.

I dont know if my Review will help anyone or not.
But all I can say is that I enjoy the game.

If you want to and are able to relax and do not have the aspiration to beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of everyone and be the best ever, PvAI offers lighthearted fights against bots, and if you, once in a while, have the idea that you want to mess around with real people, Duels are, or at least are to me, always enjoyable in small rations.

I have close to 0 connection and MM problems with Duels, and the only real bad thing about them is having to deal with a really good player or an exploiter once in a while.

I can see the problem people may have with this games business modell, but I can accept the MTs in this, as they are mostly cosmetic, and all the gameplay features available through MTs do not touch the duel mode, and are in all Honesty minimal while also being achieveable in a week or less of grinding.

In the end, it comes down, to whether or not you are willing to spend in between 60 and 100 €/$ on a game with a reasonably easy and short story mode, a multiplayer experience, that is optimal in 1 out of 5 modes, and Bot Fights that may not be as challenging as you want them to be.

Last but not least, I have to say, that the Devs to me seem pretty dedicated to this game. There are reasonably frequent updates and Streams that lay out how they plan to develop the game.
They recently introduced a Public test Server, which they use to test new features and ideas on, while getting the players feedback about it on their forums, reddit and the Steamforum.

I can not see into the future, and therefore all I can say, is that this game has the potential to become either a wreck, that even I wont play anymore, or at the very least a decent game across all levels of play between casual and daily players.

Would recommend this, if there was any way for a loyal fan to buy the new DLC at a Discount.
I pre-ordered the full game with season pass for the full price, and that now prohibits me from saving 35% on the new DLC because I cant buy the bundle while I own the game and DLCs (Season Pass)
I maybe would recommend it again, if they put a discount on the DLC, even for people who already bought the game

Pseudo-Deep Game with 1 Ending
Chat for nearly an hour with an imaginary girl!
In a world, where people dont meet each other at home in summer, even though nearly every person that is mentioned comes from the same hometown.
Go through 5 years of imaginary college!

Emily is a ♥♥♥♥♥ that knows you are interested in her but still whines all the time and at the end gives you the middle finger, while you are a little ♥♥♥♥♥ who knows what to type but decides not to. You ♥♥♥♥.

Emily seems to remember everything, but it doesnt matter because there is only one ending.
Probably some Pseudo-Psychological Meta-♥♥♥♥ nobody gives 2 damns about.
"Its about learning hard lessons and losing touch and blablablablablabla"

tl;dr
it's minimal effort put into a pseudo-deep game with "the feels" just so people vote it up and donate money. A bit like "That Dragon cancer" but at least this game did not try to monetize a childs death

It seems like MKXL is heading for PC now. Trying the Beta for the last few hours to check out if it is worth it ;-)

I once owned this game, untill I realised that 15Euros are too much for repetetive gameplay and generations old Graphics.
I had fun with it for about 2 hours or so but after that the only modes that are still fun, are Zombies and apes and those are pretty tough and get repetetive too after you beat them once.

I probably gonna try it again, when (or better if) it ever leaves early access. If you need to have it so bad, try to get it when its discounted.

Something I would recommend only to people who truly are fans of both Borderlands and the "Telltale-Genre" because without interest in either it will disappoint you at some point for sure.

It doesnt take much gameplay or story prequisite from Borderlands so, you may try to play it without any Information or Interest in Borderlands up to this game but you may be disappointed by the Series unique humor and Graphics as well as the overall feeling of it.

So either way it is a game you may try out to find out of Telltale or Borderlands might interest you but if you're not interested in the prior games or if you didnt like them you should not consider buying it.

I myself much enjoyed it.

If you want a Telltale game as ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up as the book and the series, you'll be happy with this one.

It stays true to the very concept of the books and series (POV, Moral, Decisions, and of course the feeling of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up no matter what you do)

I like it and I will fiercefully await Episode 2.

If Orgasm was a game, it'd be this game.

I was sceptical at Tell Tale at first morstly because I was not quite impressed by the footage of The Walking Death. But this game turned out to be one of my all-time favourites of Video gaming.

Lets start witht he plot.
Your perception of what is real and what isnt, your own decisions everything in this game will make you doubt yourself, mostly because of this brilliant storytelling. There may be points not to be approven to easily (like some things being not totally logical) but all in all it is a classical yet still innovative story, just enough to the book to keep you strangled and enough innovation to make you addicted. The characters just feel like great everyone of them is something special and different. The story-development is just crazy good. And your impact on the story always feels right and wrong the same time you feel bonds with everybody you have a certain history with everyone and you can always find a point in your game you can question.

The gameplay.
Nothing new really but still good enough. You sometimes have not as much reaction time as you might need and this just works so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ well with the way the story is going. The quicktime events then and now give you just enough action to make you immersed again.The composition of story-based dialogue and thrilling action sequences makes the game uniquely awesome.

All in all I have to say that this game is worthy of being the best game 2013-14
