russk! blyat! digital heroin!

sucks thx to:

- no working anti cheat
- no working ranking system
- poor support
- poorly working steam market
- no region lock for ping over 100
- 64tick with sub-tick instead of 128 which makes:
- unprecise movement
- sometimes register duck jumps not correctly
- sometimes players hit you even when you move behind a wall
- sometimes make you not hit the player even if it looks like it

FIX THIS SH!T!!!
