I've had a very fun time playing this game. I recommend it.

Gameplay is a boring slog, making progress is an extremely tedious process. Its attempts to include horror/disturbing elements are uninspired and fall completely flat. The story isn't interesting or well written and the "twist" at the end is incredibly lame. Total waste of time.

Occasionally had creepy moments but overall I found it boring. The story and characters weren't all that engaging for me. A lot of the horror elements they tried to use felt cliched or too on the nose. The replay-ability was also way less than I would've expected.

This game has a dog in it.

Argh, Blood and darkness! I simple can't put this down for long. It's so addicting to play.

It's OMD but with lots of new stuff. if you liked the first two, this should be good for you too.

Going into this game with the right expectations is important, there are far less branching paths/puzzles/stealth segments compared to the demo. There is also a fairly large shift in story/genre midway through, and I understand why people find that jarring.

However as a narrative and aesthetic experience, I liked this game a lot. It explores some heavy social and philosophical themes and left a strong impression on me. I definitely would consider playing through it again, as well as buying future games set in the backbone universe.

There's nothing I can say that hasn't been said before, but I still want to recommend TF2 for anyone looking for a casual multiplayer FPS.
