As a long time fan of Tower of the Sorcerer and DROD RPG, this game is everything I love and more about that specific, deceptively simple format of RPG puzzlers. The overarching progression is very addictive and the many different levels very creative. I have only finished 7 of them as I'm writing this review, and I'm sure I will play them again after completing 5-6 more fresh ones.

I spent an entire weekend on this game and I haven't noticed that the time was just gone. Really scary how good this game is.

A fair warning, I thought I'm pretty experienced (and good) in this type of games, yet I still found myself resetting whole progress on levels 4 and 5 before getting a satisfactory score, not to mention agonizing for hours about what the next move should be. To clarify, this is a very good thing in my opinion that the game is challenging like that, it leads to very satisfying long-term gameplay.

The difficulty score though next to the level is pretty deceptive, as I found each level to be progressively more difficult than the previous one, despite the difficulty scoring not really reflecting that assessment.

But maybe secretly I just suck ass, I will find out after another 1000h in this game. I honestly can't wait. Highly recommended, a true love letter of a game, try it, the devs are amazing.
