As someone who delights in playing FPS games, I've got to say Planetside 2 wins my heart. There are very few games that can match the massive battlefields and give you that war-like feel. And unlike other similar MMOs, this one puts you in a large-scale warring environment and lets you either take the charge on foot as infantrymen or taking control of an armored vehicle for pushing on the land, or even take to the skies in an aircraft.

The game is played by taking over land with the assistance of other players. Controlling areas of the map is as simple as locating the terminal in the enemy base and standing near it long enough for the enemy to lose its hold and transfer to yours. There are multiple variations of bases where you can do battle, from small outposts and complexes to immense forts.

There are also multiple classes that you can play, each with their own abilities and loadouts. If you favor combat, you can be a light assault who uses a jetpack to reach strategic places a lot faster, or you can be a heavy assault and use your armament of weapons to mow down the opposition or even destroy tanks. If support is more your style, you can play a medic which lets you heal or even revive your teammates, or you can be an engineer who deploys mounted turrets and can repair allied vehicles. Do you prefer to snipe or sneak up for up-close combat? The Infiltrator could be what you're looking for, who is able to use the sniper rifle and can go invisible for a time, they're even capable of hacking enemy vehicle terminals to give your team control over them. And finally there's the heaviest class that couples as an armored vehicle: The MAX. You're a walking juggernaut, but the cost is spending resources to equip and comes with a cooldown before you can use again.

Your time playing does not go unrewarded, however, as time playing and doing various things including killing a player earns you points which you can spend on lots of stuff. You can invest your points into purchasing new weapons, upgrading weapons you own, upgrading each class to make them more effective at what they do, or even upgrading vehicles!

And lets not forget clans, or better known as armies in this game. You can join an army and coordinate tactics on a more organized scale to make even more progress for your faction.

If you like the idea of large-scale war where victory rests on teamwork and coordination, this is the game for you!

A casual game, but the extreme difficulty of it keeps you wanting to come back for more.

Essentially cut and paste from Saints Row: The Third, there's still so much stuff to do to remain fun.

Are you a fan of Unreal Tournament? This is the game for you! It's fast-paced, the levels are small to allow more brutal combat, and the mutators just kick ass!

Hackers' paradise. If you use hacks, like playing with hackers, or have lots of money to waste, this is the game for you. If you're smart, you'll play something else.

And don't bother playing with the mods in this game either, extremely high tendency to kick you out of games if you so much as kill them a couple times.

If you play Combat Arms, you're wasting your time. This baby has what Combat Arms needs and is everything it will never be.

Its like Minecraft, but with lots of monsters, lots of bosses, lots of items, lots of earthy depths, lots of carnage, better PvP, less glitches, but 2D. I rate it an AWESOME.

Yes. YES! YYEESS!! GET IT! ITS EPIC.
