Just started. It's a game with great scope. No manual though, basically figure out. Once the basics are understood (which are easy - after finding them!) It's an excellent game.
Runs very beautifully, and should run well on older machines too.
I've only started so this review is only first impressions.

Really enjoying it. Took me quite a while to figure out and start building my own base. This worked out well because I had already made all the basic tools, and explored a fair bit.

Once I worked out building and built my first module the building became so much fun.
It was like starting a new chapter of the game. Really increased the immersion, and it already was immersive. It was totally exciting. Most people would probably start building stuff after less time than me, but I am quite glad it took me a while. Adds a whole new dimension to the game. Very addictive.

Running great, and haven't experience a single bug. Smooth play, consistently good graphics maxed out and limited to 120fps. It stays at 120fps all the time. Very smooth.
Specs are: i9-9900ks @ 5.2GHz OC. RTX 3080ti Strix gaming OC version, futher OCed with AB. 36GB DDR4 3,600Mhz.
The above specs are more than enough to max it at 1440p with no frame rate drops at 120fps.

The game is around 6 years old? I think it would run well with considerably lower specs than mine, even with settings at high. Accessable and playable for most desktop PCs with dedicated GPU I think.

Well to finish this review, I will just say that this game was a fantastic experience. As you can see I certainly took my time!

Loved every bit of it.

For people who like open world, non hand holding survival games, IMHO this is quite possibly the best one I've ever played.
Been gaming for 40 years, so I genuinely hold it in very high regard.

At first I liked it. Diving, nice graphics even though it's quite an old game. I never expected such a story to develop.

It's not difficult, but it's not easy either. There will be times on first run through (that's me, only played it once.) where I wasn't sure what to do next. But with a bit of exploring, and pushing further it unfolds beautifully.

It's a game. It's art. It's given me a lot of gaming pleasure. Highly recommended.
