I don't know what is going on exactly but I see other players having the same problem since an few weeks and some were able to fix by changing the Steam Download Region.

I don't know if the SE Devs can fix, we have to ask them by creating a "Bug Report" or "Request help" on their Sup[port Portal or by sending EMail.

It's OK to ask Steam Support, too, it's in "Help" on top of your Steam app.

ME = I share what I see on the Forum so what other players are saying when they create a new Forum DIscussion, that is where I find information so I don't contact the Devs or Steam Support that should be done by players having problems.

1: In the discussion i learnt that because of certain server region issues i might not find all the servers in the server list because of where i am at and i was just wanting some confirmation, does this also apply to loading into servers since some servers like Stone Industries i press the Join button and after half a minute it says "Server not responding", i just wanted some confirmation on whether that might also get fixed by just waiting a thew days.
2: Is this server to region issue something the SE devs can fix and if it is, is it being worked on or is it just hard to fix?
3: If it is something the devs can fix are there any low expectations on when a possible fix might come? :)

Looks like it is the way you have placed the 2 rotors that may give collision problems and explode the Solar panels.
