Nice little continuation to the story.

Ok changing my review old info will be left at the bottom. I like this game it is very immersive and fun. I love a good Civ type game though in a lot of ways this is way more management intensive.

Old review below because context I guess

Ok I like this game now that I have fixed the issues I had before.
I don't know what the hell this game is doing but it claims I have played 100+ hrs but I have played maybe 10 min at most.

Edit I figured why the game has such a bloated play time the launcher was bugged and running in the back ground on my PC I didn't have this issue with my laptop this also prevented updates uninstaling the game and verifying the games integerity once that was resolved I can do all these things will keep this game only on my laptop seems interesting but VERY management intensive.

I have a love and some hate thing going on with this game. I have the base game and the first Xpac. The AI is ok at the very best and bad as a rule. Things like the religion system is quaint but having the AI outright ignore me when I ask them to not spread their religion forcing me to go to war to stop them then I am labled a warmonger. I get attacked by 1 or more AI fend them off take a city or 2 as a new buffer zone become a Warmonger. Try to be peaceful and make a trade empire get denounced by the likes of Alexander for not being a Warmonger >.<.

That being said its still fun if you want to just try to conquor the world I suppose or get the right mix of Civ's and try to rule by making tons of gold (be ready for constant spy's stealing your gold and everyone ignoring you asking them to stop >.<).

A little update.

I have all the Updates for this game I think. Still a love hate I mean who decided that allowing for the AI to vote itself victory points (the diplomatic ones) was a good idea I mean really????? Heck why even allow for it anyway. The global warming system is WAY to fast and unrealistic at times ( I love much of what that xpac brought to the table EXCEPT that). As to the latest stuff the shuffle is a nice change the societies are ok, and the new civ's havn't played them to much (I mostly play it with random turned on so I rarely get them).

So far so good. I am already past the mostly finished story area and into work in progress area. It is a little different since it isn't nearly as dangerous so far seems to have a bit more of a tutoral feeling for now. Some plans are different which isn't bad but it does throw me off at times.

Game itself is ok my gripes are with Bethesda for the creation club (I wish I could opt out it), and the fact that a while back they broke the game for a month and made it so it couldn't be launched so I have few hours played since I could never get into it sadly.

Overall its like FO3 with a even simpler conversation system.

I love this game.

I love many of the games in these packs but the UI that is provided is absolute garbage no ingame save and if you try to minimize to save it crashes a lot...

I love this Visual novel kinda wish I could make some choices at times but its very good.

Nothing says fun time like killing (and being killed) by zombies.
