First 3 hours are really great - the world is incredible, the combat seems fun, flying on a broomstick is the best thing about the entire game.
But then you start to see the cracks:
- the dialogues are just awfully written, characters don't speak like actual real people (I know, it's a game, it won't be perfect, but honestly this is the worst I've heard in years)
- There's like one interesting character in the entire game, everyone is just poorly written.
- The same thing goes to the plot and other quests - it's just boring.
- The combat is fun at the beginning, but then enemies turn into bullet sponges. And I don't mean that they're just a bit spongy, no - it's bad enough that fighting becomes a necessary and unpleasant chire that i tried to avoid as much as possible (the game rarely allows you to skip enemies by sneaking during quests).
- I don't know about the consoles, but sometimes the controls seem unresponsive - especially the dash move during the combat sometimes just doesn't work.
- When it comes to the open world itself - this game is just another piece of crap open-world ubisoft game with lots of filler content that doesn't serve anything and is just there to make you play it longer. There's nothing interesting in the world itself except for visuals (some places are incredibly beautiful and Hogwarts is perfectly detailed). Every single side activity is either a tedious "puzzle" or a box to open for mediocre loot.

So yeah, incredibly pretty game with cool flying mechanics and a good start, that turns out to be boring, tedious, and sometimes annoying. 5/10 at best.

EDIT: Forgot to mention: quests are repetitive, your choices don't matter at all, saving and breeding beasts is fun at first, but then you realize there's nothing interesting to it (you literally save them by putting them in a magical bag every single time).

yeah, this one's not worth it. In comparison to other big (and similary priced) DLCs, this one doesn't add much to the game. They didn't even bother to create new ship models for the new crisis ship types and instead reused pirate ones. The only reason to buy it is if it annoys you that espionage they added to the base game only has one type of operation. There's more here.

It's really good and immersive, but before you buy it, you gotta ask yourself an important question: what are your thoughts on excessive backtracking?

The only ES2 DLC that isn't really worth getting. While the new faction has an incredible design and is something really different from what we usually games in sci-fi games and movies, the new hacking mechanics (on which the new faction completely depends) seems really poorly designed and executed. It's either boring or annoying.

One of the best 4X games out there. Especially due to it's quest system, resembling those of RPG games. These really add flavour to the universe and its lore, while also distinguishing the game from the others in the genre.

Nudna i irytująca, tak można podsumować tą grę. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem, to tylko kolejny koślawy klon Modern Warfare'ów.

Propably the most intense FPS of this deacade. Also, the best interactive music video ever.
