GuNs completes more than 75% but less than 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard. Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role. Accurate at solving mental math problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages – but without a calculator, cannot reach the answer at speed. GuNs habitually plans and sequences own work and that of others. Ensures that objectives are clearly established, and that work is systematically carried out in order to achieve the objectives. Communicates plans clearly to others.
