Keen to put their own ideas across, but Wtfwaffles does not give others the chance to express their view. May be tempted to overlook the input of others. Intellectually versatile. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Wtfwaffles listens, learns and adjusts quickly, and is soon making a full and useful contribution to the conversation. Sometimes Wtfwaffles needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. Wtfwaffles can be polite, respectful and courteous on occasions and with certain people, but is not by nature polite, and has upset someone once or twice in the last six months – inside the business or outside – with a lack of respect.
