Now that the server capacity has increased I can now enjoy the game. Playing with friends makes a big difference to the experience.

The game rewards you for pushing for higher difficulties. The balancing of this difficulty seems to swing from being ok to almost impossible at times, A lot of it is down to making sure you have the right loadout for the job.

You will die, A LOT. Friendly fire is a thing so make sure to check where you call in an airstrike. Turrets don't care if you are between them and an enemy. Drop pods can kill too. Nothing says "thank you" like reviving your squad for them to land on your head.

The odd crash
Lack off FSR2 and DLSS (Would really help with the performance)
Anti Aliasing is fairly blurry (I use Nvidia Control Panels FXAA instead and sharpening)

Over 2 hours of trying to connect to the servers. There's no offline mode so until the servers come back online it's just a waste of space.

Sadly I cannot recommend the game in it's current state. The sound design is great but that's where it ends. A basic rocket has a chance to explode on the launchpad before you finish loading in. The game crashes (BSOD) on a regular basis and even just leaving the game in the assembly can crash the game.

There's definitely some serious work that needs to be done for stability before I can even begin to consider recommending the game to anyone.

Still constant crashes even when in the VAB despite the update, new drivers and fresh install. I really want to like the game but I'm struggling to even play.

I would normally recommend this game however since the latest patch I suffer constant crashes when teleporting to different locations or during some combat scenarios. Another issue is my friends and I keep having connection errors where invites either fail to send or connections drop when joining. The only way is to quit the game and restart Steam and then try again. All of us have to do this and it's even more frustrating when the host crashes, then we run into this issue when trying to get up and running again. This is making it unbearable to play at times

The game is very much like Supreme Commander however with much more simplified graphics and sound. It has potential but the game is let down with punnishing set ups and terrible lobby systems. Be prepared to manually download game modes and specific versions of each of them and manually placing them in the game. This is very off putting and this put me and my friends off playing it. The game also suffers from the lack of explaining on how to use the lobby system and even how to play the game, it shoves you in expecting you to know everything about it.

This game is recommended to those who like RTS games and have a lot of patience, especially if you like Supreme Commander.
