On the plus side:

+ Combat system (apart from targeting, which needs improvement)
+ Large world to explore
+ Lots of classes
+ Eye-pleasing graphics
+ Extensive character creator
+ Fights with elite mobs

On the downside:

- Optimization
- Some quests are confusing and you don't know what to do
- Sometimes companions go crazy and get stuck on diffrent things
- Very few types of monsters
- Most rewards from chests are joke
- Crafting system
- No Polish localization
- Microtransactions
- Very little armor and weapons
- You can't even walk 5 steps outside the city without being attacked
- Stupid save system
- Annoying texts from companions who keep repeating the same texts
