Years and years of whining and complaining, "When is it going to come out of Alpha?" and when it finally does.....we immediately want it to go back in. Stupid things that just don't make sense. So I can build a refrigerator from scratch but I can't pick the lock on a door? I can craft virtually every shape block under the sun but there still is no way to fix the gap between those blocks and the dirt when I place them in the ground? Seriously? So many things that just don't make sense after this much time, this much hype and this much....this. But at least we have the modding community to finish the job, again.

You honestly wouldn't think much of it going into it. It's a cat version of any other base building, crafting type game. But it's a cat so you find yourself enjoying it just a little bit more. The only real downsides is that if you dig down into it, it's pretty short compared to most and it doesn't have a lot of "cat forward" features that would make it adorable. Like being able to play with the cat and whatnot. I would love to see the developer either further expand on this one or start on a second one that got more into the cat element. Toys, cat beds, different foods and so on. Otherwise, it's a fun little game by a small developer that made something really cute.

Spent 45 minutes in the character editing screens. Got to the actual game and realized that that was going to be the best part. Dialog is done by someone that English is not their primary language or just couldn't be bothered with grammar. Why bother with voice dialog in FPS if you're not going to at least make an attempt to animate mouth movements? Just do a further pulled back camera that way nobody can tell. Other games have done it in the past and it't worked just fine. There is no excuse for games to look this bad, except that the Devs dumped their graphics budget into things that the lowest denominator will focus on. Which is likely why so many of us are just now hearing about this game. The safe cracking mechanic was neat though.

Is this game fun to play? Yes. Is it a work in progress? Yes. Does it still need a little work? Yes. But, I've started and restarted this game dozens of times. Each time I'm not really sure if I'm trying to keep my Dupes alive or see what facinating way they manage to get themselves killed. And I will continue to do so for the forseable future.

Clone Murder Sim 10/10

Added a fun little element to the settlements, right up until the entire thing stopped working properly.

Not seeing what the problem is. No crashes, no bugs that I've been able to notice. Runs solid. Gameplay is a little confusing as far as certain interactions. However the developers did quite well in making you feel like a speck on the butt of a flea on the tip of a pencil. You feel so small in this game it's a tad overwhelming at first. 8/10 Would get lost in the cosmos again.

And I should also mention that I'm playing this on a rig that I built in July of 2011. So I don't know. I guess I just don't care as much.

It's been a long time since I've enjoyed an early access game this much. The graphics are really impressive so far. The only issue is the draw distance seems to be very inconsistent, but that can be easily overlooked. I don't know about other people but I got drawn in pretty hard. Lights turned off and headphones on, I found myself turning my head to the dark room around me whenever something made a noise. You find yourself so lonely at times you end up talking to the marine life. Or maybe that's just me again. I will admit this fact, I initially got this game from a place less than above board. After playing it for a while I quickly decided that it was worth the investment.
