By far and away one of the best RPGs out there. The game graphics are excellent, story is captivating, and the gameplay is fantastic. I have over 200 hours in the game and am jumping back into it in anticipation of The Witcher 4. All around a fantastic franchise and the games are old enough that they go on significant sales rather consistently. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish there was a neutral option on reviews. This game has major optimization and performance issues, but at the same time may have made the biggest changes to the NBA 2K franchise in quite some time. I expect bugs and issues when there are significant changes and it isn't just a copy and paste from the previous years, but I would like to see 2K be more involved in resolving performance issues and support PC a little more.

Same bad game, different year. EA continues to allow for long standing issues with the Madden franchise to make it into each game. The physics engine and animations are unrealistic, and EA seems more concerned with graphics and interactions between players after a play. Menus are less responsive and servers are exceptionally unreliable resulting in lag and crashes mid-game. This game is only worth picking up if it is on a significant sale. They have changed things to make it look like they attempted to increase quality, but all "improvements" are superficial at best. If EA ever loses the exclusive license to the NFL, Madden will almost surely die out if their effort doesn't improve.

I wish there was a neutral opinion. I got this game on sale for $5 and overall, it's a good game. Story is interesting, open world feels great, decisions mater to an extent, but I have a hard time getting past the awful performance and optimization. This game's frame rate will dip dramatically randomly throughout the game making combat extremely difficult, let alone navigation. Even with an I7 and a RTX 3080, I still consistently struggle to get above 40 fps on only high settings. Would I recommend this to a friend? If it is on sale absolutely, but it's just astounding that the developers left it in such a rough state as far as how it runs on PC. I sincerely hope they fix the performance issues for the sequel, because it feels like it is the only thing holding this game back from being one of the best open world games out there for its time.

Great remake of a classic RTS. The RTS genre has all but died out in recent times, so it's nice to have an updated classic to play for those that still enjoy them.

Unless this game is on a huge sale, it's not worth getting. This years 2K forces players to be hyper specialized with their characters. The game also forces you to start as a 60 overall which feels awful in career mode with no opportunities to make a large amount of VC to at least get your character to a decent level. It definitely feels like their primary goal this year was to force players to buy VC just so their player feels functional. 2K has the same issue as Madden, they've had the license for too long with no significant competition resulting in lackadaisical game design and function. Got this game for $8, would never pay full price for a 2K game until they can prove they can make a good game again.

This is what an early access game should aspire to be like. It's good at what it wants to do and is playable with minimal issues (I haven't experienced any glitches or bugs). Early access is often abused by developers to get cheap and easy crowd funding, but Manor Lords is a well designed game that's worth the money and support in early access. I look forward to see where it goes in the future.

Overall, the game is enjoyable. There's plenty of room for improvement when it comes to optimization, but if you have a mid to high end PC, it shouldn't be too rough. Most of the negative reviews are due to either people being unnecessarily upset by microtransations that in no way inhibit gameplay or are trying to run this game on a less than ideal PC. Frame rates aren't a consistent 60 but are workable until some patches come out to resolve performance issues. If you want a buttery smooth gameplay experience, I would recommend giving this game a bit so the devs can figure out their issues and get things fixed.

Same game, new year. EA continues to produce an almost identical game year after year due to lack of competition in sports games. This year, there were some significant changes that might make it worth picking up when it's on sale, but Madden still has a long ways to go. The physics, graphics, and overall feel of the game continues to lag behind in quality compared to games made in the same generation.

A great game and we got the opportunity to teach Sony a lesson along with any other publisher watching this situation. Do not piss off the player base.
