Sadly, I see he passed away. Despite having only just learned anything about this man it still hurts me like I lost a friend. I can't say whether or not the gaming industry will remember his contributions or if any games will ever really carry on with the kinds of design that was put into this game but I can promise that any gamers that truly played this game, especially back when it was new, will certainly remember it forever.
Rest in Peace and I hope that wherever you are you able to play all those games you wanted to. Thanks again for the memories and the game!
