I'm going to take a wild guess and say that 95% or more of the reviews stating the Philly Cheesesteak is 5 stars and a "great/awesome sandwich" has never been within 200 miles of a REAL Philly cheesesteak. That's not to say this isn't a "decent" sandwich but it's not a "real" Philly cheese steak, not even close.
It reminds me of another "Texanized" cheese steak, Gallighaskins in Fort Worth. That steak is also a good sub, but not philly cheese steak. The meat doesn't taste the same, the grill seasoning is different, no wiz, "chopped" peppers are strange and bread doesnt appear to be from Philly and if it is, it's not fresh baked.
