If you enjoyed WH1 and WH2, you'll most likely still enjoy WH3 but prefer WH2 overall.
The new factions are fun and worth trying and experiencing.
The tutorial story was REALLY good.
The new siege battles, though cool can absolutely get tiresome and take away - luckily there are mods to bring back land battles like in WH2 for most of the settlement fights.
I'd say... its still worth it for the races and to experience the new chaos invasion campaign, it is not nearly as bad as people make it seem but overall WH2 is better. The new races are really fun though.
