Great Coop gameplay, good graphics, good class and equipent variety and a lot of different campaigns to play trough. This is one of the best Coop shooters avaiable on steam.

And its all for free.

I noticed a couple of people making recent reviews were having trouble with the game's difficulty, so i tought i would share a couple points that might help.

Wargame: European Escalation takes different aproach than other RTS games, the lack of base building and ''resource maganament''(the game has resource managament in its own way, like units can ran out of ammo/fuel and will need to be ressuplied) means it focuses heavily on combat strategy and tactics, if you expect to just mass a tank army and rush it in front of the enemy, then you are going to lose, you need the combined effort of different units and tactics in other to be sucessfull, the weaknesses of certain units are complemented by the strenghts of the others. For example, use Recon units to find where the enemy is, coordinate your Tank attack with an infantry flank on the woods, use your helicopters to crush the enemy tanks, keep a hidden AA on the back of the frontlines to prevent the enemy helicopters doing the same to your tanks and maitain command units hidden in strategic sectors in order to get more reinforcements.

However if you are not willing to learn from your mistakes, you will lose and get disapointed.
