Day Z looks cool. I can't run it until I get my new computers GPU proper though, and it borked in the mail. I have my old 256 mb card so I can play *some* games in the mean time, but ♥♥♥♥ if that's gunna play an ArmA2 mod with a framerate of even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

lol 3 paragraphs good effort mate, yeah i got it and it seems ok, took me roughly 2 hours to get it to not have the texture pop in and stuff. I can definetly see the id influence and moments of awesomeness, but yeah it has issues

Heh, I actually don't play as many games as I used to due to my studies - its actually my wife Chie who is the big gamer now; as far as having a large Steam collection that's cuz I got Steam like way back in 2003 when we were supposed to have Half-Life 2. Also I hate discs so if I have the option, I buy it on Steam - even some of my older games I've replaced. *shrug*

RAGE is still fun but I'm probably not going to beat it for awhile, the patch broke the game even worse and I'm tired of updating the custom config just to fix one of about a billion problems at a time. I'm gunna wait till everything is definitely fixed to finish, half the time playing on my account is trying to get SP to work. MP seems okay usually, until the patch anyways. =(

Ya, RAGE is good and bad. The core gameplay is fun, the level designs aren't bad (Even if the indoor ones are artistically the weakest areas), the art design of the world and characters are awesome, and it's quite addictive. The tech issues bring it down, and while the gameplay IS good - it isn't earth shatteringly unique or new, but it's still a few steps above other games. I didn't play Quake Wars much, I played a demo and wasn't as happy with it as the original Enemy Territory. I'm a huge ID geek and like all of their in-house games to a point (I'm ignoring Produced games) but RAGE is sort of a middle point, I'd say. I like it better than Quake II (Controversial statement, I'm sure.) Doom 3 but I probably won't be obsessed with it years later like Doom, Quake, Commander Keen and the like. It's worth picking up after some patches and such are out, and maybe a price drop.

I just realized how much I love your avatar. It really puts a lot of perspective into those soldiers that'll sit back and watch 5 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ teammates getting pounded on from behind cover screaming about the fact they exhausted all their ammo. Your avatar provides proof, they're just greedy bastuhds.
