Take all my money!

It feels like a wasted potential. The team has talent and the visuals look beautifully charming. But the game is too flawed. The AI is broken beyond belief. Your AI team as well as the enemies are so incapable of functioning and navigating the environment that the game becomes impossible to enjoy. Fact made worse by them being all hit scan humans. If you can't figure out the AI, make them into mindless monsters. You expect more of human characters.

Also, I'm not too sure if making a modern shooter in the build engine was such a good idea.. it kinda defeats the purpose of the retro style and it becomes a generic military shooter. Make no mistake, it looks like Duke Nukem 3D, but plays more like Call of Duty. Linear straight forward levels (sometimes with a couple of different routes), and a ton of modern mechanics that feels very awkward in a game of this style.

Lastly, the story is tacked on and really gets in the way of the game. Long comic book style cutscenes that takes too long as well as txt that goes too fast to read anyway, feeling pointless and impossible to follow combine with a very unattractive poorly drawn artwork. It only gets worse when story starts to happen during gameplay with ugly characters portraits popping up on the screen while you are in the middle of combat and don't have time to read the dialogue.

It worth a try, but I feel like my time was better spent elsewhere.

Not a bad game, but I better get my refund now before Ubisoft removes the game from me and run away with my money.

How the hell are they allowed to take the game away from customers? I mean.. shutting servers down and killing multiplayer is fine and normal.. but the game has an entire story mode single player campaign. Why the hell can't I play through that anymore? Is this even legal? Can't they just patch the game for offline only? It makes zero sense.
I'm calling my lawyers.

Another stellar work by Nightdive. The remastered work goes above and beyond to enhance the graphics while keeping it's retro vibes and art style.

Still not the masterpiece as so many people make up to be. But still a well made and charming game, if not overly dramatic in a desperate attempt to make you care. You don't really spent enough time with these characters to feel their pain. But it's a great adventure nonetheless.

Didn't expect to enjoy this lame game as much as I am. lol

Simply brilliant. It delivers in everything it set out to do and more. Extremely fun and compelling. It nails the theme and it's the masterpiece every Robocop fan have been waiting for their entire lives.

Special shout out for the environment artists. With the tech of nanite, the game delivers the most detailed and packed environments in any game. I've never seen anything like it. There is so much geometry and detail everywhere you look. It's endlessly impressive stuff... especially the mill level where the natural terrain and rocks look like sculpt straight out of zbrush.
