Despite some of the negativity, this is still a good game. Until you start playing on a higher level, the AI's inadequacies are not as noticeable as some claim. The new mechanics this game brings to the series- districts and a policy/culture tree- add a lot of benefits.

Compared to other civ games, I've noticed in 6 that there are a lot more viable playstyles and strategies. It feels more varied and interesting.

People need to give this game a chance. Its only been out a few months.
