I don't like cars and I don't like football but Rocket League combines them both to create something I love. Each game is fun and engaging, and is short enough and addictive enough for 'one more game' to become ten. It's easy to learn but difficult to master, offering a great scene for pros and rookies alike. Overall just a great game.

A perfect game to relax to. Grow crops, raise animals, upgrade your farm, mine materials, kill monsters and become a part of the community. I really can't think of any downsides if you're playing it just to chill.

Cool art style with an over the top sountrack that takes dramatic edginess and runs with it in an enjoyable way. Combat is simple but challenging.

It can be played with local co-op, which is a big plus these days. If you are looking for a fun way to kill a few hours then look no further.

♥♥♥♥ with the community and the community will ♥♥♥♥ with you.

Loyalty is earned and should be valued, not tossed around like a cheap commodity that will dance to your corporate whims.

Mods have encouraged players to buy your games, kept them playing them longer than they would have without them, and offered the community countless hours of fun. If you can't see that then you don't deserve the community that mods have helped you to foster.

We expect better from you, Take-Two Interactive.

Nier is a well made game in every respect. Not perfect but mechanically excellent, fun to play and thoroughly thought evoking.

It is a Platinum game so is fast paced and full of spectical but it is also a Yoko Taro game so is delightfully bizzar and engaging. There wasn't a moment when I was bored or frustrated while playing it and I find myself thinking about it often since completing the final ending.

I played it on a mid-range PC running Windows 10 and had a few minor problems but nothing major. I had one crash in over a 100 hours of play time and the framerate was a bit choppy in particularly hectic scenes. There is a mod available that cleans up its performance though, released by the same guy who fixed Dark Souls on PCV, along with many other titles. Try that if you do get any problems.

Overall, Nier Automata is a game that anyone with an interest in games as a medium should play. It goes beyond being an action game and uses its medium in a way that few games ever attempt. It's true ending, Ending E, is perhaps one of the most unique and beautiful moments in gaming history. Do not let the anime asthetics and lolita maid protagonist sway your initial impression. This game is very deep and deserves to be experienced.

This is to date my favorate game. It is challenging, has a deep backstory and history that often cannot be seen on the surface and has perhaps the best community of any game. Don't get me wrong, it is annoying and rage inducing at times, but that just makes the sense of achievement all the greater when you do succeed.

I think of the game as have 'Groundhog Day' mechanics whereby you will repeat the same sections over and over again but learn from them and improve, especially at the start of the game for new players. You will die constantly and in many different ways but you will remember for next time. You hone your skills with every defeat. Its kind of like an anime, the protagonist gets his/her ass handed to him but keeps standing back up, growing stronger and more determined with every defeat.

It is well worth the money too. My first full playthrough took me 76 hours, and that was after giving up and restarting twice before that. My second run, or New Game +, is currently at 17 hours and am over the halfway point by a fair margin. I think I'll half my original time by the end although good players can complete it in under two hours.

So yeah, great game and a grreat buy. 10/10 Would mentally torture myself to the brink of insanity again.
