I think I found the culprit - runs perfect on max settings after I disabled my integrated graphics. :security:

I installed the game to a fresh windows install, no difference. I'm at the end of my wisdom...

Again, if you are playing solo, start the game through one of the exe directly, bypassing BattlEye client and see if that's the culprit.

That or mods.

Oh I always play solo so I guess that can't be it. Any more ideas? :security:

If the issue is reproducible in Solo play/listenserver you can try to launch the game executable directly and see if it's caused by BattlEye or not.

Windows Safe mode won't start any 3rd party driver of any kind, only the basic that is needed for Windows OS to function, so testing BE there won't be possible by its very nature.
