Devs are absolute buffoons, who do not even play their game and constantly nerf everything under the sun that is remotely fun.

Terribly Generic and dull

Brilliant in every conceivable way. Truly a masterpiece that will be talked about for years as a staple of how you do not need to be a AAA Company and have an insanely silly budget to make a unique beautiful game.

I will see myself revisiting this over the years and SuperGiantGames are really one of my favorite studios and I wish them the best.

Bought this at full price and it felt like a bargain considering the amount of work that was put into it. AAA games wish they could game half the game Hades is.

I sincerely cannot understand the cloud of excitement this game has around it. Even though people are totally entitled to like whatever they like and if it's fun for you, well more power to you. I however genuinely think this game just shows how desperate players are for looter shooters. I really tried liking it and not only it plays terribly it has such glaring flaws and such clunky gameplay that I couldn't get into it.

This is clearly unfinished and unpolished and the problem I have with it, even if it was polished I still think the foundation is terrible. The map design is from 20 years ago, the enemies look like the are on valium and I love how they did not even go through the hassle of giving sound effects when people right next to you are shooting at you. And could someone please tell me why do we have a useless cutscene every couple of minutes, it's insane, there are instances where you can clearly see that the other zone is already loaded and I'm still being throw into a cutscene of "aggressively opens doors, aggressively jumps bridges, aggressively climbs rocks", I wanted to push through and reach endgame but the foundation is so bad that I cannot play 1 more minute of it.

I could list more things wrong with it, but I'm sure there are reviews that explain probably way better than me why this is terrible.

I guess if you're desperate for a looter shooter maybe you'll like this, if you have standards you probably will not.

I may like this game.
