Test your CPU with that. Or use Intel Burn Test. Both are good programs. Intel burn test will kill your CPU.
If you are overclocking again, drop it. There's a certain point that your processor can take, there's a certain amount of voltage it needs, and other little things that don't even relate to the processor directly. If any of these are to the processor's disliking, it'll blue screen, freeze, reboot and other nasty things. On the subject of overclocking, keep in mind that it will shorten the lifespan of your hardware.
If you're not overclocking, you need to set BIOS to factory defaults, preferably processor box defaults. It can also be a sign of one of your cores dying. If it keeps causing problems, and you have everything set to defaults, try disabling that core.
