Hello. @heinz please make the army cap mod work for 3K TW. I recommend increasing the cap at emperor to 8 or whatever other people are suggesting. I will pay you. Just got back into the game and forgot how terrible late game is when the AI has 15+ armies and you can barely afford 5 with half the map under your control.
