Crosshairs bad? Just try going to console and try crosshair 1 or something like that. That is the simplist thing you can try if you havn't already tried that.

go into your console and try changing your crosshair commands to cl_crosshair_dynamic 50, cl_crosshair_thickness 1.8, cl_crosshair_alpha 200, then your red and blue to 1 and your green to 200....give you a nice green crosshair you can always see :)
