Thanks for the update, but waiting 3 hours for the Dark and Darker servers to be back up is completely unacceptable. This constant downtime is a huge disappointment, and expecting us to wait this long is unreasonable. We shouldn’t have to deal with these prolonged outages when we've invested so much time and money into this game. We need you to expedite the fix and get the servers up sooner.

Your lack of urgency and timely solutions is incredibly frustrating. The repeated server issues are ruining the gaming experience for your dedicated players. Something needs to change in how these problems are handled. We need better communication and faster resolutions to ensure that we can actually enjoy the game we've supported.

It's frustrating to be told to wait for hours when all we want to do is play. This isn't the level of service we expect or deserve. Please, take immediate action to get the servers back online much quicker than the proposed 3 hours. We deserve a more reliable and responsive approach to these issues.
