I mean seriously.

Basically microtranscations for mods that are added to your game regardless if you pay to unlock them.

Lol at paid DLC during early access. Oh whats that? The devs responded and gave a reason!

"We determined that it is more sound to iterate on these systems during Early Access than after retail launch, given the significant risks involved if we didn't ‘get it right."

So...Its called releasing the content for free so that you can actually test to see if it works. That lets you add more post launch that people pay for.
Used to play this for xbox. Now. I wont.

Just get this game.

Fantastic gameplay.
Easier to understand than the 3rd game.
Great times to be had.

This is a very fun space game. Not in the same depths as the X series it is still very fun for me to play. The ship combat is both hard and rewarding at times.

If you have always wanted a space game that lets you fly the big ships around and blast others, this is it.
It still allows you the option to customize your weapons, shields, hull etc. Very good. Very fun.

At this point it has become very clear that the developers of this game, Gaijin, either have no clue what they are doing or refuse to fix anything they have screwed up.

The Battle Rating in this game has been wrecked by their decision to move tanks that should be 8.0 to 7.7. What this means is that Tiger II tanks, great tanks in the war, will face post war tanks with post war rounds.

Rounds that German tanks will not receive.

Add to that the fact that they refuse to add a mode into the game that allows only for Tank on Tank battles, but insist that tanks must be subjected to bombers is infurating.

The game may start off well for you.
Hell. If you start this game pick Russian. They are a point and click country to get kills with. Go to the actual War Thunder forums and dig around a bit. You will find plenty of examples of the developers ignoring actual vehicle facts and instead doing whatever it is they please. God forbid WWII tanks fight WWII tanks.

Nothing like losing Silver Lions almost every game because your Tiger II has to fight T-54s.

Absolutly recommend this game. I have only had it for a few days but I think I am almost at 20 hours played. Which is saying something.

If you enjoy Space games...And if you enjoy 4x games...And if you are a human...You will/should/must love/play this game. It is very enjoyable and I cannot put it down.

I highly reccomend this game. It has hours of replayabilty to it and you can always find something else to do!
