It's probably better to stick to the original. I don't like the new "mistier" lighting, it looks largely the same, just with added lag. It makes a big difference for me because I'm using an older computer that can still handle Skyrim on Ultra, but can't even do Special Edition on High. It's nice that it came free, but it value-subtracts from the original, to me.
