They dont send the heads away. See they make Head Cheese, they.. they take the head and they boil it, except for the tounge, and they scrape all the flesh away from the bone. They use every thing they dont throw nothing away. They use the jowels, the muscles, and the eyes, and the ligaments and everything... and the nose, the gums, and all the flesh and they boil it down into a big chilli of fats. Its realy good you like it?
