BUY. NOW. The most worthy of your patience game ever.

-This would be the opposite of No Man Sky, looks deceptively simple but has infinite deep and subtlety. The graphics seems simple but the attraction is that even at low dpi you see no pixels at all, with nicely grained textures.

-By far the most important feature is the constant ragdoll physics, this is no fixed animation system! when you hit you are not merely substracting hp, you are affecting enemy impulse, to the point of twarting an incoming attack. I cannot emphazise the importance of this design choice enough, it is groundbreaking and every hit, miss and block is unique, you will remember epic blows given and received forever, it really grows on you.

-This imposes particular problems, like having some "puppet" feeling. The input was the second most obvious hurdle. Both issues had the most intensive work and i can attest a solid leap, having played since before steam greenlight.

-If you are ready to try, please take time to start arena "story" mode, even if its more difficult than straight practice. Just because of the pugilism mode added not so long ago, it is both massively fun and very forgiving and helps you familiarize with input and timing with lower frustration factor.

Im not very fond of learning new ways of playing since im and old gamer, but this game will reward you like no other if you take it easy, forget big shiny critical numbers to make you feel like you hit something good, you will grin and laugh like a madman when you connect good whacks here and those impacts will affect enemies while they are still alive, no ragdoll when dead ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This is a true gem.

Update 2023: Stupid NMS turbocharging their game, imagine starfield, huge and empty at the same time, well this is quite the opposite. 0.9 out now, force thaumaturgy!
