Damn. I tried everything including re-installing. Affects russian Sverdlov and Chapayev for me too. Only started once i got the Atlanta. Well, hope Gaijin has some bugfix for it sooner or later. Thanks.

I did not. And it doesn't affect just the Atlanta, but the Cleveland as well. Or, it could be crew related, as I use the same crew for both ships.
