What an absolute evolution of a game. THIS is exactly what my dreams of nms all those years ago in those original presentations were. No Man's Sky worlds is breathtaking in all the ways imaginable.

The universe feels alive, there's a pulse to it now, while the NPC behaviors are simply a byproduct of procedurally generated worlds, it no longer matters. The moments that make you stop and just simply look around are becoming so frequent, even on those dead worlds out there, the majesty that is the sky is stunning to behold.

This adventure can be tuned to any comfort level, which is arguably the greatest "difficulty select" screen I've ever seen in my 39 years of gaming and hand on heart will say that this should become an industry wide thing, it's that good.

it's hard to not simply sit back and pour out praises on what is arguably the greatest example of a comeback kid we've ever had in gaming, the team absolutely deserve a bow for this, what once was short of the idea, into a symphony of wonder and exploration that is truly unique to itself.

With it being F2P at least in regards to the base game it's as much the sims as it could ever be

at this late in the game, it's no secret that a lot of the initial customization were slid into still 39.99 dlc packs, and those have their own myriad of opinions about them.

Overall though, if you want brain off casual time after work, you really cant go wrong here
