The island is full of psychopaths with every kink imaginable, there's no "normal" people who just want to have a good time and be friends. Everybody is a stereotype, and I just can't connect with the characters/story. Maybe it'd be better if you're familiar with or into Japanese culture, but I just don't enjoy it.
