I mean...it's COD and that means a lot of good things and a lot of bad things.

If you enjoy COD games you'll probably get your monies worth out of this one.

I had incredibly high hopes for this game.

I thought the bones were solid when release happened, assuming (incorrectly) that AGS would slowly IMPROVE the game and we'd end up with something really special.

This game has been severely mismanaged, presumably by people who aren't actually playing. Maybe just the decision-makers, but the end result is a decidedly worse game than the one I excitedly logged into on launch day.

Maybe they'll get it together after seeing the player counts and average review ratings tanking, that's my hope anyways.

Early Access Review
Best ARPG I've played in a while. Game play is CLEAN thus far - can't wait for multiplayer support!

3.14.22 EDIT: Multiplayer support is now live and while the game is buggier than I'd prefer at this stage the dev team is quickly squashing issues. I have high hopes for this game going forwards and if you're a fan of the genre it's a must-have IMO.

This is early access, but it feels true to the board game. For me, it's a great way to enjoy Gloomhaven in-between scenarios with my party. Good stuff, keep it coming devs!
