A very addictive game. Simple mechanics. Complex outcomes. Good casual space fun.

Press X to make an art. If you fancy yourself and cultured you'll enjoy this experience. I tried super hard to be cynical when I was playing this as some of the visual narrative was cliched but I was rewarded with goosebumps a few times with a side of awe.

It is super short so get it cheap.

It's good, but not amazing like FTL. The weapons choices are limited. The unlocks (new vehicles) fail to make the game fresh and each new play through becomes progresivly stale.

It's not fair to leave a thumbs down though, I've had a lot of fun playing the game and I'll probably eke some replayability out of it in a few months.

The Stellaris DLC model is like a bad girl friend. You know should leave her (stop buying it), but she is just so good in bed (awesome gameplay). You know it will end badly (you'll be homeless because Paradox took all your money) but you try not to think about that and just enjoy the moment (buy all DLC. Do not check bank balance).

Paired with the Thrawn's Revenge mod this is pretty awesome. The game has held up well and it still looks pretty good,

Walking simulator with occasional jump scares.

Enjoyable if you like the ecomomic diplomatic angle to empire building. I guess it is a little dated but I still love it. Combat is not very exciting, but I'm more interesting in the false sense of accomplishment you can derive from huge trade networks with hundreds of worlds.

A real treat for classic RPG fans. This looks and plays like you remember classic RPGs... except very few of them have aged well. Our modern greedy eyes can be satisfied and our old school gaming needs our satiated at the same time. I can't wait for the next one.

I think you have to of played this back-in-the-day to enjoy it. I works unlike the non-redux version, but it is still super basic and dated. I love Postal 2, but this one not so much.

I spent nearly 100 hours in this game. I'm too scared to try the mods because more of my life will disapear. It can be quite hard and I still have not unlocked all the ships, but the range of gameplay stlyes and stories makes for something very special.
