I have an RTX 3070 gpu with an i7, 11th gen cpu yet the game crashes not even half a minute after launch is there a solution?

I enter the game, start playing and after 1-2 minutes it closes without any errors. Is there anyone who can help?

Some games are what i call "hard-banned" in germany like Postal redux and for example Koikatsu party. even if you own a key, you can not activate them. So i've been wodering is there any legit way to get this game on steam? I want to complete my postal collection (P3 does not exist) Thanks in advance...
