The latest update basically fixes a lot of the issues the game was having. It's a giant step in the right direction. Now you can purchase any weapon type in the armory. You finally get gear after every mission so it feels rewarding just like vermintide 2.

The gameplay has always been solid and super fun. It's very satisfying shooting or hitting enemies. The environment looks amazing and oozes 40k feel. It can look a bit samey, but I'm sure more levels are on the way.

If you like 40k at all you will like this game. If you like shooters I think you will find the gameplay quite enjoyable. Between the different classes with all their abilities and feats, there is many ways to play. (Veteran is the most "shooty")
