Highly recommended. If you like Shadow Tactics, Commandos, Desperados, Shadow Gambit etc. This one will feel right at home gameplay-wise.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank every single one of you that reviewed this game and mentioned the clear inspiration from Gothic, otherwise I surely would have missed this gem. I can't remember the last time a 2D game was this captivating. Gameplay, story, combat, loot, artstyle, soundtrack, it's got everything. Now I'm even more psyched for Gothic Remake in 2025!

Capcom truly is the master of remakes. Made one of the greatest games even better. This is probably the best RE game to start off with if you want a little more of the action and a little less of "the scary" (unless you count the regenerador scenes lol). I recommend getting the gold edition so you get Ada's perspective as well.

Can't wait for the full release!

Another great game by The Bearded Ladies. It's an improvement on Mutant Year Zero on all accounts barring the fact there is no talking ducks or boars.

If you stop comparing it to Dead Space for a minute and ask; is this a good game? The answer in my opinion is yes! If you like Dead Space, you will be hard pressed not to like this. Although there are some questionable design choices, notably why does the melee weapon have zero changes in looks compared to the guns when upgraded? On the more noteworthy positives the atmosphere is exceptional, graphics are crisp, strong acting performances by Josh Duhamel and Karen ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I actually liked not having to save the game at designated savespots, let auto-save do it's magic.

A must-play for fans of Justin Roiland.
