Ah my beloved Doom. I remember finding the original at a Radio Shack display. I was in awe. From there, i was obsessed with Doom. I have bought and played every version and tons of wads too numerable to count. I had high expectations for this 2016 version and boy was I not let down. Not only does this feel like a Doom game, but I would go so far to say that this is a more faithful return to a games roots more than any game ever has before it. It is fast, it is brutal, it is intense, and it is such a blast to play. Graphically it is awesome. Technically it is practically flawless in a day and age when games come out requiring a day one patch. It is just a refreshing experience amongst the games of this day and age. A true return to old school roots. It makes me so anticipating the next installment. Do yourself a favor and get this game. Let the face melting happen. Rip and tear my friends. Rip and tear.
