2023 Update - I've had the same description since 2005 time for a change:

Started steam in 2005 with Counter Strike now I'm playing all kinds of things.
Back then it was all about Warcraft 3, Team Fortress 2 and fighting games on the PS2. Now I'm playing a MS-DOS Ascii based fantasy warfare simulator, a procedurally generated detective sim, and a Japanese physics based foot-racing and party game.

I post this on Steams 20th anniversary (after 18 years of steam for me), gaming has changed a lot over 20 years it's still fun if you know where to look.
