Love the game.

Despite the negative reviews of some ''content creators'' who remark on the repetitiveness of the levels and enemies I ask you what do you honestly expect from a boomer shooter that is advertised as doom being similar to doom classic.
I dont get it why you write this long ass wall of text basically telling us that you haven't understood the advertisement and the target audience.
Would have been enough if you just wrote ''not for me'' and could have saved alot of people some time.

Anyway I like the game for what it is a boomer shooter in the genre of old doom and duke nukem with 2d sprite enemies but the player movement is actually 3D unlike in Doom and Duke Nukem.

If you like boomer shooters to shut off every once in a while and are a fan of Doom and Duke Nukem genre in the lore of Warhammer than you will absolutely love this game.

On the other hand if you expect this game to be on the level of Doom Eternal which is even abit naive to begin with you will most likely be disappointed but at this point I would say your expectations are abit to high for what the game is advertised as.

As an old defrager (Quake 3 Trickjumping mod) I appreciate the movement aspect of the game more than the shooting.
Never the less the game is a fun time killer (no pun intended).
Whether you like speedrunning and killing as many enemies in the process as possible or just as myself a fan of pure movement based runs, this game has a bit of both although it's more leaning towards speedrunning than pure movment.
Funny thing is I can definitely see this being a arena shooter. With the simplistic movement this reminds me of Painkiller and could definitely create a niche place in the FPS genre.
I hope they make a PVP arena mod sometimes in the future for this.
Edit: A very intuitive level editor is included which is nice when you want to build your own maps

Game is actually fun but the community is really immature.
If I had to make a choice between raging kiddies and not playing then it'd rather choose the latter.
Horde mode is full of these immature kids raging all over the place.
PvP is fun if you have a dedicated team otherwise you are likely to bump into those kids I mentioned previously.
I actually wanted to like this game primarily due to my good and fun experience with GoW and GoW2 which was a blast to play on console, but when interacting with the community this game has I would rather not and go back to my ''boomer shooters'' anyday.

Alhough this game is in early access it looks really promising.
The Developers are listening to community feedback
They will implement full mod support in a later stage in the game which is understandable from a balance perspective.
Current map pool is rather small but I don't doubt that even that will increase later on.

The guns feel good to shoot, they have a certain hefty feeling when you fire them.
I would describe them somewhere between arcade shooter and realism-esque.
The closest comparison I can think of is Day of Defeat Source and CSGO - mix (DoD:S because of the WW2 weapons and CSGO because of modern era weaponry given by the spefic timeline of the conflict itself)

Not a fan of the COD-like mechanic such as airstrike, I just think it adds to much none pure skill based mechanics but I understand that other people like that in a arcade shooter game.
Different strokes for different folks

Devs are working on a singleplayer campaign right now and there will even be survival mod (who is into that kind if thing ofc)
I play it mainly for the multiplayer aspect.

TL:DR: Give this game a chance it might actually surprise you

Since my formal complaint against a moderator has not been replied to what so ever, this is my formal protest against scrutiny of moderators.
I refunded this DLC just because of the behavior of one of their ''great'' mods
I didn't expect anything to come from it so this is the form of protest I chose.

This game is seriously underrated
Apart from the few bugs this game is a blast to play.
I really hope KTX revives this game in UE4 or later versions, they have to!

Here are my 2 cents almost 18 Hours into the game

The good things:
Graphic is really breathtaking (waterreflection looks amazing, world and textures are really good looking)
Weapon customization (stock, receiver aso can be modified to your liking with pros and cons ofc)
Charaters can be upgraded to have more power, carry more ammo, sprint faster, deal more dmg aso)
Different native languages in the game (english, german, french)
Fair price for the game

The bad things:
Enemy AI is dumb sometimes - they stand right bellow you when you are on an elevated position and you can shoot them for free
Sisters AI also weird sometimes (if you play solo, sometimes she doesn´t revive you)
Highest difficulty not really challenging to be completely honest
Enemy map ballancing (sometimes there are no enemies in a certain sector and then there are tons)
Spongy enemy types (supersoldiers, robots)
Game plays in Paris which is 1 big map with smaller sectors (you cycle back to the same places to do challenges)
Cheesing tactics against huge enemies (due to their size they cant fit through certain doorways or paths - they will just be standing outside doing nothing and you can just shoot them)

This game feels rushed a little bit to be honest, I started out at the highest difficulty and didnt feel like I was being challenged at all
If you are a fan of the Wolfenstein series and expect something out of the ordinary, you will be disappointed, other than the really good looking graphics there is not really much else. It gets boring quickly.

I am just finishing the game because I want my worth out of the money spent.

We might see updates, new content and other things which might make it more interesting to play and might draw me back if the AI would be improved, different maps implemented, but as it is right now the game gets boring really quickly.
