I've reviewed the walls of text that has been exchanged on both of your profiles. While I agree that this individual is acting like an asshat. There's not much to be done on my side. No violations have been made, within the group I moderate.
What I propose is report the posts/profile to Steam(from what I've read, you already have). Now, with that being said, you have 2 profiles & a ton of text for a Valve employee to wade through. Be prepared for them to take a while.
I've had a bunch of smacked asses post crap on my profile, in the past. The best course of action seems to be, take a zero tolerance stance on anyone posting crap on your profile. Don't engage, report, & block them.
I'll keep an eye on this users actions, within our group. But there have been no violations to warrant action, within that group.
