Colin, I recently bought a new laptop and it came with crazy futuristic 3D glasses. I thought "pah, probably just for watching 3D blu-rays etc." But no! It runs (most) games with at least some degree of 3D silliness. Actual 3D. Admittedly you look like a div-kid wearing the glasses but the effect is pretty impressive. Arkham City and Borderlands look particualrly good. I recommend getting one if you get a chance :D

Collers - Spec Ops: The Line. Ace. I wish more games were that thought-provoking. I have spent most the game thinking "The horror...the horror...". Makes you feel grubby to play. Makes playing COD feel even grubbier.
