i have way too many hours of my life in Fallout 3 thru Fallout 4 and every expansion pack among them. New Vegas, too. I love the game. I got this a few months back. It's a slow grind getting enough level to where things start to shift a little towards you in confrontations. I noticed it about level 50, It plays much like the other games except food and drink is are a must. Some things, like Bobbleheads and the perk system are different. As with any online game, I have met a few griefers but most other humans are ok. There is a world choice Adventure, your standard Fallout fare with other players and a PvP world which I haven;t visited. There's a subscription (with benefits) based private world you can invite up to 8 friends into. It's the Adventure World without other people. All in all, I'd buy it again.
UPDATE; Approaching Level 96! Took a bit but I generally don't mess too much with other players. I'm glad I can finally hold my own except Yao Guis, Deathclaws, Scorchbeasts, and a few others. My biggest gripe is camp budgets. You can get so much cool stuff to decorate and furnish and after building a basic structure, armament, power, and crafting there isn't that much budget left. I've seen a few really over the top places but I don't know how they got it all in! Still, close to 1200 hours in, it's all good!
